Primary Schools in Punjab to open from 9 july 2012

Punjab Government has extended the summer vacations in primary schools of Punjab by 1 Week now All Primay Schools in Punjab will open from 9th July 2012 instead of 2nd July due to heat in state as mansoon delayed yet to reach punjab. 

Punjab Education Minister Sikander Singh Maluka said the Punjab Government considering the blazing hot condition decided to extend the summer vacations in primary schools. He said primary schools would reopen on July 9 whereas middle, high and secondary would open as per the schedule on 2nd July 2012.
